We need to get ideas from somewhere. Often there is amazing things that we can make up in our own head, yes thats called imagination. But sometimes it is nice to say that I was influenced by the way that image appeals to my sense of the aesthetic. How the subject matter engages me as the audience becasue of the emotional connection created or how an image is so amazing becasue of the compositional devices used by the photographer like lighting, composition, textures, the use of leading lines. 

Sometimes its just the mood that is created as they communicate to the audience, how this operates is important for us to sometimes think about. These ideas will transform the banal objects of the everyday into the realm of amazing, it might stop stop the world for a moment and make us think about what is being said. Those are the images we are looking for, the ones that conect with us, the ones that communicate the essence of the subject. Those images remind us of special moments or sometimes they will transport us to somewhere totally new.
